Arthur ‘Bud’ Louis Rea III

Arthur “Bud” Louis Rea III, 75, of Mont Vernon, NH died peacefully Wednesday evening, October 10, 2018 surrounded by family. Bud was born on November 2, 1942 in Boston, MA to the late Arthur Louis Rea II and Elonise Hendricks Rea.

Bud grew up in Milford, NH where he attended Milford High School. He also attended Camden Military Academy in Camden, SC. Bud served in the Army for 4 years. Before retiring, he was a long time employee of Hitchiner Manufacturing Company in Milford, NH.

Bud is survived by his wife, Lois Rea, of Mont Vernon, NH; his sister, Bette (Don) Crosscup, of Brookline, MA; his daughter, Tracy (Mike) Hackney, of Rocky Mount, NC; his granddaughter, Kristi (Michael) Robertson, of Greensboro, NC; his grandson, Brandon Hackney, of Wilmington, NC; two great-granddaughters, Jensen Robertson and Carsen Claire Robertson, both of Greensboro, NC. He is also survived by 5 loving step-children and 13 step-grandchildren.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Riverside Cemetery located at 460 Nashua Street, Milford, NH.
