Angelo B. Fazio

Angelo B. Fazio, 78, of Hudson, passed away on May 9, 2018, at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack.

Angelo was born October 13, 1939 in Somerville, MA, to the late Angelo and Margaret (Sarcia) Fazio of Medford, MA. Angelo was the dearly loved husband of Beverly (Peterson) Fazio, with whom he shared 50 years of marriage. During his retirement, Angelo enjoyed riding his Honda Scooter and electric bike through the NH country roads, and kayaking on Squam Lake. An avid, long-suffering Red Sox fan, Angelo was thrilled to be in St. Louis, in 2004, to watch his Sox win the World Series.

He loved to travel, and took trips to Germany, Italy, Austria, and throughout the US. But his favorite spots were nearby in his beloved New England.

He leaves behind a loving family, including his son Karl Fazio, daughter-in-law, Heather, and granddaughter, Piper, in Phoenix, AZ. Also surviving Angelo are his brother, Joseph Fazio, and sister-in-law, Irene, of Danvers, MA, his nephews Peter Jordan, and wife Lisa, and Paul Jordan, and wife Nancy. He also leaves behind many cousins, nieces, and dear friends, including Linda Xenakis and husband Matthew. Angelo’s cherished son, Paul Fazio, predeceased him in 1988, as did his brother, Dominic Fazio, of Cape Cod, and sister, Anna Jordan, of Gloucester, Mass.

There are no calling hours, per Angelo’s wishes, and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations be made in Angelo’s memory to the Community Hospice House, 210 Naticook Rd, Merrimack, NH 03054.
