Robert Allen Beaubien

Robert Allen Beaubien, age 74, passed away on Monday, April 9, 2018 at the Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH. He was born on May 3, 1943 in Nashua, NH, the son of the late Orin John and Doris Evelyn (Watson) Beaubien.

Robert proudly served his country in the U.S. Army, making it a lifelong dedication and career, retiring as a Sergeant at the age of 60. He loved going out to eat with his friend Rita to Denny’s and T-Bones and both of them also frequented plays and outdoor festivals like the annual Strawberry Festival in Hollis. In his earlier years, Robert enjoyed taking his nieces and nephews to Fort Devens and Hanscom Airforce Base to go to the movies, go swimming and to watch airshows. Not having children of his own, his nieces and nephews were his pride and joy.

In addition to his parents, Robert was predeceased by his sister Lois Evans.

Robert leaves behind his brother Orin John Beaubien Jr. and his wife Camille of Idaho, a sister, Carol Joan Nigoghosian of Londonderry, nieces, Holly and her husband Dave Lenhart of Milford, Hiedi and her husband Bill Wilmot of Merrimack and Barbara and her husband Tim Adler of Maine and a nephew Dave Cote and his fiancé Carol of Nashua. Robert also leaves behind many loving extended family members and friends.

SERVICES: A graveside service with full military honors will take place on Friday, May 4, 2018 promptly at 12:00 PM at the NH State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Hwy., Boscawen, NH. Those wishing to attend are encouraged to be 10 minutes early. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Disabled American Veterans Program at www.DAV.org.
