James Oscar Walters

James Oscar Walters, 65 of Nashua, NH died suddenly on Tuesday March 13, 2018 at his home.

Born May 17, 1952 in Nashua, NH he was the son of the late Wayland and Sylvia (Grandmaison) Walters.

James was employed for forty years in the physical therapy dept. at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua.

He was a volunteer at Southern NH Medical Center. He enjoyed going to the YMCA and reading. He also enjoyed traveling and traveled to places such as France, Switzerland, Germany and Hawaii just to name a few. He also enjoyed time with his family and enjoyed local Nashua Government attending numerous meetings over the years.

Survivors include his long-time companion, Francine Lecomte, of Nashua; her children, Stephan Lecomte, of Nashua and Cindy Andresen,. of Encino, CA; two brothers, Bro. Pio Maria KHE (Peter Walters), of Tamarack, FL and William Walters and his wife Deborah, of Hollis; nephew and godson, William Walters Jr., of Merrimack, nephew, Carlton Walters, of Milford and one niece, Bethanie Hall, of Milford.

SERVICES: Memorial visitation will be held Monday from 6:00 -8:00 pm at the Davis Funeral Home, 1 Lock St., Nashua, NH 03064. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday at 10:00 am at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 777 West Hollis St., Nashua, NH 03062. All are invited to attend and may meet at the church. Burial will follow at St. Louis Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in James’ loving memory to the American Heart Association, Founder’s Affiliate, P.O. Box 417005, Boston, MA 01701.
