Edith Agnes (Foulds) Paradis
Edith Agnes (Foulds) Paradis of Hudson, NH and formerly of Nashua, passed peacefully surrounded by her family on March 13, 2018 at the age of 69 years. Edith was predeceased by her husband Bernard J. Paradis and her parents Maurice and Agnes (Yule) Foulds of North Andover, MA.
She leaves her devoted sons Stephen Paradis and wife Erica of Dracut; Brendon Paradis and wife Andria of North Andover; brothers David Foulds, Maurice Foulds, Jr., and the late Donald “Porky” Foulds; and many nieces and nephews. Grammie/Mimi will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Keegan and Tiernan, and Kendall and Declan.
While a resident of Nashua, Edith was a kindergarten teacher for over 20 years at the Main Dunstable Elementary School. She will be remembered by those she taught for her nurturing classroom and creative approach to education.
In retirement, Edith enjoyed many special times with her family, friends, and grandchildren. She loved playing cards, spending time walking on the beach, had a passion for shoes and purses, and frequently offered her exquisite style advice to friends on their shopping excursions. There will be lasting and loving memories of times shared by those who knew her.
Family and friends are invited to gather and share memories at the Conte Funeral Home, 17 Third Street, North Andover, MA on Sunday, March 18, between 10 AM and 11:30 AM. A service will follow at 11:30 AM also at the funeral home.
