Albina (Wasielewski) Giniusz, 96, a longtime resident of Nashua, NH, died on January 15, 2016 at the Fairview Nursing Home in Hudson, NH. Albina was one of ten children born to Polish immigrants Michael and Agatha (Bogush) Wasielewski in Sayreville, NJ on October 19, 1919.

During her early life she was raised on a farm in Turners Falls, MA where she attended school for eight years until the depression forced her services for the family farm. Later she worked for the Irving Paper Mill until her marriage in 1942 to her late husband Joseph Giniusz, Jr. where they lived in various towns throughout NE. They settled in Nashua in 1952 where they raised three children until their divorce in 1963.

Albina worked at the Nashua Plastics, Fab-Raze Machine shop and the Nashua High School cafeteria until her retirement in 1982. Albina was a skilled crotchetier and knitter and enjoyed gardening and collecting coins and stamps as well as other fine collectables.

Her final days were spent at the Fairview Nursing Home to which our family was greatly appreciative for their skilled and loving care and dedication.

Albina was predeceased by her son Gerald John Giniusz, her six brothers, Stanley, Walter, Paul, Joseph, Edward and Raymond Wasielewski and one sister, Mary (Wasielewski) McComber.
