Dorothy Gaudette

Dorothy Gaudette, 86, a lifelong resident of Nashua, died on Friday, November 27th at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua.

She was born December 13, 1928 in Nashua, daughter of the late Phillip and Laura (Sirois) Berube. She was also predeceased by two sons, Richard and Robert.

Dorothy was the wife of Normand Gaudette of Nashua, with whom she shared 64 years of marriage.

She was a graduate of Nashua High School, where she was a former cheerleader.

At one time, Dorothy was employed at Antoine’s Catering as a manager. She later was employed as the kitchen manager for the Nashua High School, a position from which she retired.

She was an avid quilter, enjoyed painting and reading romance novels. She loved to go for drives and for 18 years she and her husband wintered in Florida. Dorothy will be remembered as a loving person who always put her grandkids first.

Besides her loving husband Normand, her family includes a daughter Laura Gaudette; and a son Thomas Gaudette; as well as her grandchildren Lauren Gaudette, Nicolle Gaudette, Danielle Gaudette, William Harris, Ben O’Clair, Michela Gaudette and Jason Gaudette.
