Marie Net”Kitrick

NASHUA, NH – Mrs. Marie Net”Kitrick, 94, longtime resident of her hometown of Mechanicville, NY died Saturday, May 16th in Nashua, NH, after an extended illness.

Born in Mechanicville, March 24th, 1921, daughter of the late Frank and Rose Cimino Colucci.

A lady with a colorful personality and beaming smile, Nettie loved her family and was her happiest when surrounded by her daughters, grandchildren and their families and her numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband of 46 years, Arthur Kitrick, who died in 1988; and her beloved daughter Rose Marie Pickett, who died in 2007.

Survivors include her daughter Gerri Kitrick of Nashua, NH; son-in-law Daniel T. Pickett, Jr. of Halfmoon,NY; 5 grandchildren including Jamie (Mike) Curran of Hollis and Katie Scurrah of Hudson; 11 great-grandkids including Rylan Curran; her sister Jean (Mike) Martone of Mechanicville; and sister-in-law Ellen McCarthy of Clifton Park; along with nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, May 21st at 11 AM at All Saints on the Hudson South Church, (St. Paul’s) 121 No. Main St., Mechanicville. Burial at Saratoga National Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
