Timothy J. Lavoie
Timothy J. Lavoie, 48, of Nashua, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2015.
Tim was born in Nashua on August 29, 1966, a son of the late Fernand Lavoie and Norma (Lowe) Lavoie. He was the beloved husband of Brenda (Berthiaume) Lavoie of Nashua.
Tim, a sibling of 7, lived a very fulfilling life. A lifelong resident of Nashua, Tim served as a Commissioner on the Board of Public Works for many years and owned multiple properties with his lifelong friend and business partner, Dan Gagnon. When Tim was not working, a rare occurrence, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Always there to lend a hand, Tim could help you with anything from riding a bike to siding a building. He also enjoyed traveling the world in all forms, boating, deep sea fishing, riding his motorcycle and reading. Adventurous by nature, Tim would try anything once. His absence will be felt by more than family, as Tim made everyone who knew him feel like family.
Besides his wife and mother, Tim is survived by one son, Jon Lavoie and his wife, Ashley; two daughters, Corinne Shea and her husband, Evan, and Kat Lavoie and her husband, Leland Hunter; four grandchildren, Corey Lavoie, Hayley Lavoie, Riley Shea and ‘Baby Shea’; six brothers and sisters; also several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many close friends.
