Jerry L. Grantham Jr.

Jerry L. Grantham, Jr., 40, of Merrimack NH passed away on Wednesday April 9, 2014 in Merrimack, NH.

He was born on March 7, 1974 in Vero Beach, FL, the son of Starr Stout.

In addition to his mother, Starr Stout of Elmira NY, he is survived by his wife, Jennifer (Burpee) Grantham of Merrimack with whom he recently celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary; daughters, Chloe and Brooke; and a son, Dylan; all of Merrimack. He is also survived by brothers, John Grantham and Jeremy Stout; and sisters, Starr Grantham and Samantha Greene, all of New York.

He loved and supported his children throughout each of their after school activities, whether it was supporting a dance recital, attending competitions and performances, assisting with karate, enjoying choosing songs with his son for drums, and practicing baseball. He was also an avid NY Yankees and UNH Hockey fan.

He was a 1996 graduate of Elmira College, Elmira NY. His career was focused in non-profit agencies, working to support individuals in need. He was Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua and transitioned to Regional Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Most recently he was employed as a Vice President at Granite State Independent Living in Concord, NH.

SERVICES- Calling hours are set for Tuesday, April 15, 2014 from 4-7 PM at Anctil-Rochette & Son Funeral Home, 21 Kinsley St., Nashua NH 03060. Private interment will be held later, at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grantham Children Education Fund c/o Santander Bank, 241 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack NH 03054.
