Maurice E. Anctil

Maurice E. Anctil, 77, of Nashua, passed away on Thursday August 26, 2010 at St. Joseph Hospital.

Maurice was born in Nashua on February 27, 1933, a son of the late David & Jeanne (Berube) Anctil. He was the widower of Micheline G. (L’Heureux) Anctil who died June 16, 1995.

Maurice was a lifelong resident of Nashua and he was educated in local schools. He had been employed by Nashua Corporation for many years and was currently employed by Pine Motor Parts, Inc. Maurice was past-president and a member of the Graphic Artists Union at Nashua Corp. Maurice was a Korean War US Army veteran. He was predeceased by two brothers, David Anctil and Roger Anctil as well as two sisters, Jeanne Anctil and Denise Yakovakis.

Maurice is survived by three daughters, Lisa Adams and her husband Craig and Debra Anctil all of Nashua and Janet Fletcher and her husband Simon of Round Rock, TX; six grandchildren, Jessica, Katie, Megan, Nicole, Chadd and Daniel; three sisters, Aline Anctil, Annette Anctil both of Nashua and Claudette Anctil of Palm Harbor, FL; three brothers, Richard Anctil of Lakeland, FL, Armand Anctil of San Antonio, TX and Paul Anctil of Vista, CA; also several nieces, nephews, cousins.

SERVICES: Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, August 29, 2010 from 2 to 6 PM in the ANCTIL-ROCHETTE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley St., Nashua. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday August 30, 2010 in Blessed John XXIII at Infant Jesus Church, 121 Allds St., Nashua at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow in St. Louis Cemetery.
