Harbor Care announces 2025 Mobile Health Access Unit schedule

By Staff | Jan 15, 2025

NASHUA – Harbor Care proudly unveils the 2025 schedule for its Mobile Health Access Unit, a vital community resource delivering accessible healthcare and support services throughout the Greater Nashua area. Operated by Harbor Care’s Community Health Services team, the unit directly brings health education, insurance assistance, and other essential services to residents at convenient locations. The schedule begins March 3.

This year’s location partners include the Nashua and Merrimack YMCA and the Boys and Girls Club in Milford. “Community services are all about consistency and strong community partners,” said Magna Krieger, Director of Community Health Services at Harbor Care Health & Wellness Center. “In 2024, we connected with nearly 2,000 individuals, helping them navigate critical resources such as health insurance, language access, and medical and dental appointments. Our goal is to ensure that everyone in our community has access to the care they need.”
