Expected $875 million jackpot would rank as third-largest Powerball jackpot on record and the seventh-largest lottery jackpot in history; Mega Millions projected $560 million jackpot is the seventh-largest Mega Millions jackpot on record

Concord, NH – New Hampshire Lottery players have the chance to win a combined $1.43 billion in drawings tomorrow and Saturday night. The Powerball jackpot is expected to climb to $875 million for Saturday’s (7/15) drawing, which would make it the third-largest Powerball jackpot on record and the seventh-largest jackpot in Lottery history. Meanwhile, tomorrow’s (7/14) Mega Millions jackpot is expected to jump to $560 million, which would make it the seventh-largest Mega Millions jackpot on record.

The New Hampshire Lottery estimates the Powerball one-time cash payout will increase to $441.9 million and the Mega Millions one-time cash payout will increase to $281.1 million. (Estimated jackpot amounts are determined before taxes are withheld.)
