NASHUA – State law enforcement officials are seeking help from the public to locate Felix Perez, 39, formerly of Nashua, who has been on the lam for more than one year.
According to the New Hampshire Department of Corrections, Perez is described as being 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing 185 pounds. He is mostly bald with some black hair and brown eyes.
Superior Court records indicate that Perez has been in trouble with the law for the past 23 years. During that time he was convicted of burglary, possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of a controlled-narcotic drug. In April 2017, Perez was sentenced to 18 years in prison for sexually assaulting and impregnating an 11-year-old girl.
According to the court, in June 2019, Perez requested a work release. Although the state initially objected to the request, the objection was withdrawn within 30 days. In April 2022, a fugitive alert stated that Perez had deactivated his cell phone and moved from his last known address in Nashua, thus violating the terms of his work release. A warrant for his arrest has been out since May 2022.
Anyone with information about Perez’s whereabouts is asked to contact the New Hampshire Department of Corrections at 603-271-1804.
