NASHUA — As the construction of the Nashua Center for the Arts moves toward its April 1 grand opening, project leaders on Wednesday announced they have selected a name for its theater.
The Bank of America Theater at the Nashua Center for the Arts is now the official name, according to Rich Lannan, president of the NCA, who was joined by Bank of America NH president Ken Sheldon for the brief ceremony in front of what will be the main entrance to the theater.
Also present were Wendy Hunt, president & CEO of the Nashua Chamber of Commerce, and Mayor Jim Donchess.
With roughly seven weeks to go before the scheduled grand opening at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, tickets for the event, the theme of which is Nashua Celebration of the Arts, are on sale through the NCA website, www.nashuacenterforthearts.com. Tickets are $15 per person.
The site also features information on acts that have been booked, including dates, times, ticket prices and availability.
