Anthony Monbleau, 31, of 305 Nashua St., Milford

NASHUA — A Milford man caught allegedly trespassing unlawfully on a Nashua property in the middle of the night was found to have an active arrest warrant for allegedly committing theft from a Nashua store, police said.

Anthony Monbleau, 31, of 305 Nashua St., Milford, has been convicted twice of theft-related offenses, which police said makes this theft arrest a felony under the three-strikes law.

Police also charged Monbleau with criminal trespass, a Class A misdemeanor, along with breach of bail, also a Class A misdemeanor.

The breach of bail charge accuses Monbleau of violating bail conditions that had just been set on Tuesday.

Monbleau, unable to post bail, was jailed overnight pending today’s scheduled arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Police ask anyone who has any additional information on the incident to contact the department’s Crime Line at 589-1665.
