DV allegations lead to arrest of Nashua man, 42

By Dean Shalhoup - Senior Staff Reporter | Nov 16, 2022

William Mackey III, age 42, of Nashua

NASHUA — Convicted of stalking in July, then arrested last week on domestic violence allegations involving a woman known to him, Nashua resident William Mackey III was again arrested on Monday for allegedly stalking the same woman, police said.

Mackey, whose street address wasn’t provided, was taken into custody around 8 p.m. and charged with breach of bail, a Class A misdemeanor, and stalking — domestic violence, subsequent offense, which rises to a Class B felony due to his July conviction for stalking.

Police said Mackey was released on bail following last week’s arrest, and breached the conditions of that bail by allegedly committing a crime while out on bail.

Monday’s arrest took place after police were called to an undisclosed Nashua residence for a report of a domestic violence incident.

This time, Mackey was held in jail pending an upcoming arraignment.
