The city of Nashua’s tax rate for 2022 has been set by the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration at $18.07 per thousand of valuation. This rate is $4.58 below the 2021 tax rate of $23.22, a decrease of $5.15 or 22.2%.

During the past three years, the city of Nashua conducted a full measure and list revaluation of all properties. The values of all properties in the city increased from $10.3 billion in 2021 to $13.9 billion in 2022, an increase of $3.6 billion or 35%.
