MANCHESTER — It was in the early morning that members of the Manchester police SWAT team rolled up to 302 Merrimack St. and made their way to Apartment 3E, a search warrant in hand.
Once inside, the officers found a full house: Some 18 men and women in all, according to police. The team rounded everyone up and detained them in order to execute the search warrant.
The department’s Special Enforcement Division organized the raid, police said, in response to the “many citizen complaints” the department received from both residents and business owners living and doing business near the large, 3-story multi-unit building on the corner of Merrimack and Maple streets.
“This address was the source of significant traffic, due to narcotic and prostitution-related offenses” that are alleged to have taken place there regularly, police said, leading to its designation as a “nuisance address.”
Police said quantities of street-level fentanyl and crack cocaine were also seized during the search.
Of the 18 people detained, six were taken into custody on a variety of charges. No addresses were listed for the arrestees, indicating they are either living at 302 Merrimack St. or have no fixed address,
* Patrick Kiley, 32. Electronic bench warrant (EBW), Merrimack district court for parole violation
* Tara Divol, 36. Warrant, Hillsborough County for theft
* Melissa Trillo, 42. Warrant, Hillsborough County, for violation of probation
* John Rundlett, 59. Warrants, Grafton and Hillsborough counties, for possession of controlled drug; also EBW
* Michelle Millbury, 34. EBW
* David Richardson, 50. Warrant, Rockingham County, for unauthorized use of a vehicle.
