NH Election Day hotline opens at 6 a.m.

By Dean Shalhoup - Senior Staff Writer | Sep 13, 2022

CONCORD — The hotline through which voters and election officials alike can ask questions and express concerns during today’s primary election will be activated at 6 this morning and remain open through 8 p.m., according to Attorney General John M. Formella.

“We encourage voters and election officials with concerns or questions to call” the hotline at 866-VOTER03 (866-868-3703), Formella said.

If a call goes to voicemail, the caller should leave a message, he said, adding that attorneys staffing the hotline will address each message received.

Inquiries and complaints may also be submitted via email at electionlaw@doj.nh.gov.

A team of about 36 individuals, including attorneys, investigators, and staff, will be deployed to polling locations across the state. They will be available to assist local election officials and respond to any issues that may arise.

All media inquiries regarding today’s election should be directed to Director of Communications Michael Garrity at Michael.S.Garrity@doj.nh.gov or 603-931-9375.
