Out on bail from May gun-related arrest in Nashua, Manchester man now wanted by police in connection with shooting last week

Dyllon Potvin, 22, of Manchester

MANCHESTER — On July 21 — the day before he became a suspect wanted in connection with a shooting inside a Bridge Street apartment — 22-year-old Dyllon Potvin waived arraignment and was granted a new bail order in a Nashua court, in an earlier case in which he is charged with felonious use of a firearm and falsifying evidence.

Police investigating the July 22 incident, in which a shot was fired from one apartment into an adjacent apartment in a multi-unit building on Bridge Street in Manchester, developed Potvin as a suspect after investigators “determined that the bullet had come from a neighboring apartment, and (they) established probable cause to charge Potvin with felony reckless conduct as well as falsifying evidence,” according to police spokeswoman Heather Hamel.

In the Nashua case, Potvin was arrested in May in connection with an April 26 incident that led to the two felony charges.

He was indicted on the charges this month, and was granted personal recognizance bail at that July 21 hearing.

Potvin’s next court date in the Nashua case is a dispositional conference scheduled for Sept. 26.
