Manhunt underway for escaped prisoner; reward offered for information leading his capture
Peter John Dibiaso, age 57, escaped prisoner from Belknap County
CONCORD — Local, state and federal authorities are on the hunt for 57-year-old Peter John Dibiaso, who Monday night fled the Belknap County jail where he was incarcerated awaiting trial on charges that include allegations he is an armed career criminal, officials said.
Details of Dibiaso’s alleged jailbreak weren’t provided by authorities, but they did say that the U.S. Marshal’s New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force “is willing to pay up to $2,500 for information that leads directly to Dibiaso’s whereabouts and his arrest.
They describe Dibiaso as a white man, 5 feet, eight inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds. He has blue eyes, blonde hair, and several tattoos on his right hand, left forearm, chest, back, left ankle and left shoulder.
Anyone who has any information regarding Dibiaso’s whereabouts, or any details that may help authorities track him down, is urged to call the Belknap County Sheriff’s office at 527-5454; the Marshal’s Service district office at 225-1632; or 877-WANTED-2.
