After months of working around COVID and limited access to the building, members of the Nashua High School North LEO Club were officially inducted during a year-end ceremony on June 16. Club President Paul Bergeron, along with First Vice District Governor Kamal Masand and Past International Director Ed Lecius presided over the ceremony. Since they began, club members have participated in several community events, writing holiday cards for American troops and collecting plastic for a Trex bench for the school. Club Advisor Neeta Masand, a teacher at North, expressed her thanks and praised the students for working through the many challenges they faced during their first two years. Bergeron thanked NHSN Principal Nathan Burns for his support in allowing formation of the club. For his efforts, Burns was presented with a Presidential Certificate of Appreciation by PID Lecius.
