6th Nashua Pride Festival scheduled for June 25
NASHUA – The free celebration of diversity, acceptance, music and fun known as the annual Nashua Pride Festival is set for June 25 in and around downtown Nashua.
The festival, which debuted in 2017, was held virtually last year due to the pandemic, but has returned to a full in-person event.
The festival takes place each Pride Month, which is observed in June, in recognition of “how far the LGBTQIA community has come,” according to a proclamation Mayor Jim Donchess issued last year.
This year’s 6th annual celebration is June 25 from 2-6 p.m. The parade will step off from Elm Street Middle School at 2 p.m., and will proceed down Main Street before turning onto Temple Street then Court Street to the Nashua Public Library Plaza and its adjacent parking lot, where the festival itself will be taking place.
The day’s festivities will be followed by an evening event at Martha’s Exchange, 185 Main St., called “Martha’s Pride After Party with Pandora Boxx,” which will feature a VIP meet-and-greet with Pandora Boxx hosted by Lady Sabrina.
Doors open at 7 p.m., with the show to begin at 8 p.m. Tickets are $25 per person, and $35 per person for the meet-and-greet event.
