Greenbriar Rehab and Healthcare, a 290 bed skilled nursing facility in Nashua, announced recently that it is rebranding itself as ‘Premier Rehab and Healthcare’ at an intimate Grand Re-Opening ceremony at the facility on Nov. 4. This month marks one year since Stellar Health Group took over the management of Greenbriar. With perseverance and an intense focus, Stellar’s clinical team, led by Carolyn Moran, the Director of Operations, along with its ownership’s unwavering support, Greenbriar has shown significant improvement in quality, staffing and health inspections. Stellar committed to continued investments in the residents, staff, and the facility itself. The improvements were done through multi-million-dollar renovations to the resident care areas in which they live, improved staffing by adding more staff along with an increase in education and competency for them, improved frequency, and types of activities for the residents, and new equipment to provide better quality of care to our residents. We are family taking care of family.
