Timothy Dearborn, 37, of no fixed address, Nashua

NASHUA — An early-morning call to police over the weekend reporting a theft from a vehicle led to the arrest a short time later of a 37-year-old suspect.

Timothy Dearborn, a Nashua resident with no fixed address, was charged with one count each of theft of a firearm, a Class A felony, and theft by unauthorized taking, a Class A misdemeanor, police said.

Police said the vehicle Dearborn is accused of stealing items from was in a public parking lot, but they didn’t give the location of said public parking lot.

Dearborn was booked on the charges and later released on personal recognizance bail pending arraignment, which will take place on a future date in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Police ask that anyone with any information on the incident contact the department’s Crime Line at 589-1665.
