Hollis police are hoping someone recognizes the individual shown in this image from a resident's security camera. He or she is a suspect in a series of vehicle break-ins in town.

HOLLIS — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect or suspects involved in a series of overnight vehicle break-ins Tuesday into Wednesday.

Police said the department began receiving calls Wednesday morning from residents reporting their vehicles “had been rummaged through at some point during the night,” police said.

The calls came from residents living on Nevins Road, Swallow Drive and Farley Road, according to police.

Nevins Road runs off South Merrimack Road and merges with Farley Road, and Swallow Drive is a cul-de-sac that runs off Farley Road. The roads are in the northeast part of town not far from the Nashua line.

Anyone who may recognize the individual who appears in the security video, or has additional information on the incidents, is asked to contact Officer Nicholas Collishaw or Detective Kurt Thompson at 465-7637.
