After responding to a car wreck early Saturday morning, the Pelham Police Department arrested Brandon Cvinar of Pelham, charging him with driving under the influence.

Cvinar, driving a 2009 Jaguar XF, struck a utility pole at about 3 a.m. Saturday, suffering minor injuries.

After arriving on the scene, Pelham police officials determined Cvinar was under the influence of alcohol.

He will be arraigned at Salem District Court at 8 a.m. on Aug. 16.
