Local woman accused of assaulting, injuring family members
MERRIMACK – Officers responding to a report of a domestic disturbance at an undisclosed address early Monday morning ended up arresting a woman identified as 31-year-old Caitlyn Siemens, police said.
Siemens, whose address wasn’t provided, was charged around 2 a.m. Monday with two counts of simple assault – domestic violence, which are Class A misdemeanors.
Police said officers spoke with various people at the scene, and determined that Siemens, during an altercation, had allegedly assaulted several of them.
The people, who are related to Siemens, sustained minor injuries, police added.
Siemens was transported to police headquarters for booking on the two charges, and was later released on personal recognizance bail pending an appearance at Merrimack district court, which police said is scheduled for April 25.
