AG announces six arrests in connection with ongoing sexual-assault investigation at YDC

CONCORD – Six men from New Hampshire and Massachusetts were taken into custody today as part of the ongoing investigation into sexual-abuse allegations at the Youth Development Center (YDC), the office of Deputy Attorney General Jane Young announced.
The arrests, and subsequent charges filed against each of the men, are based on allegations by former residents of the YDC, a state-run juvenile detention facility in Manchester now known as the Sununu Youth Services Center.
The number of charges against the men range from one count of aggravated felonious sexual assault filed against one suspect, up to 33 charges – 23 felonies and 10 misdemeanor counts – filed against Lucien Poulette, 65, of Auburn, according to the statement.
Also arrested today were James Woodlock, 56, of Manchester; Bradley Asbury, 66, of Dunbarton; Frank Davis, 79, of Contoocook, along with Massachusetts residents Jeffrey Buskey, 54, of Quincy, and Stephen Murphy, 51, of Danvers.
