Estevan Hincapie, age 24, address unknown

MANCHESTER – Police issued an arrest warrant Tuesday for former Nashua resident Estevan Hincapie, who faces a domestic-related threatening charge as well as animal cruelty allegations accusing him of cutting off the heads of two rabbits and leaving them on the alleged victim’s car.

Hincapie, 24, whose current address wasn’t provided by police, allegedly sent threatening text messages to the alleged victim back on Dec. 29, police said.

The woman told police she knows Hincapie, and that he had allegedly “been threatening her via text messages.”

Through those messages, police said, Hincapie allegedly told the woman “he had left her a surprise outside.”

When the woman went outside, police said, she found the severed heads of two rabbits on her vehicle.

Police didn’t say if the rabbits belonged to the alleged victim or someone else, or where they came from.

Police ask anyone who may have any information as to Hincapie’s whereabouts to contact police headquarters at 668-8711.
