Charges follow alleged domestic squabble in Merrimack

MERRIMACK – A local woman is free on personal recognizance bail pending a Feb. 23 district court hearing on charges stemming from domestic-violence allegations, police said.

Ciara Grubbs, 27, faces one count each of criminal mischief – domestic violence and attempted simple assault – domestic violence, Class A misdemeanors that accuse her of damaging property belonging to a family member and attempting to assault the family member at a Merrimack residence.

Once in custody, Grubbs was transported to police headquarters for booking on the charges. She was later released on PR bail pending the 9:45 a.m. appearance in Merrimack district court.
