Taryn Santiago, age 42, of 145 Pearl St., Apt. 1, Manchester

NASHUA – A shots-fired call that summoned local police units to the area of 28 Railroad Square on Sunday led to the arrest of a 42-year-old Manchester woman, who is accused of shooting up an unoccupied vehicle during an argument involving several individuals, police said.

Taryn Santiago, of 145 Pearl St., Apt. 1, was arrested Monday and charged with one count each of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief, both Class B felonies.

Santiago was booked on the charges and held overnight pending Tuesday’s arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Judge Charles Temple granted Santiago personal recognizance bail, but ordered her placed on home confinement, according to his bail order.

She is next due in court on March 2 for a dispositional hearing.

Police said officers who responded to the shots-fired call determined that someone shot multiple rounds at the unoccupied vehicle during the argument. Nobody was injured, police added.

Detectives with the department’s Criminal Investigation Division were called in, and were soon able to identify Santiago as the person who allegedly discharged the firearm.

Anyone with any additional information on the incident is asked to contact police by calling the department’s Crime Line at 589-1665.
