Massive snowstorm hits Greater Nashua, 10-18 inches possible
NASHUA – A massive winter storm began dumping snow on Greater Nashua Wednesday night, and is expected to continue through 4 p.m. today.
According to the National Weather Service, 10-18 inches of snow is expected, with winds gusting as high as 35 miles per hour.
As of 5 a.m., about 6 inches of snow already had fallen in downtown Nashua.
The city declared a snow emergency Wednesday afternoon, and travel is expected to be treacherous throughout the day.
