Hudson police search for suspect in Sunday Subway robbery
HUDSON – A man described as “heavyset” and reportedly wearing a face mask is being sought by police in connection with the robbery Sunday afternoon of the Subway store inside Walmart, 254 Lowell Road.
Police said officers responded to the store shortly before 5 p.m. after the department received a call reporting a robbery had occurred.
A brief investigation determined that a man approached a Subway employee and demanded money. Police didn’t indicate whether a firearm or other weapon was involved.
They said the man “took an undisclosed amount of money” and left the store on foot headed toward Lowell Road.
In addition to the face mask, the suspect was wearing a dark sweatshirt, tan pants and a baseball cap, police said.
