NFR’s newest deputy chief sworn in Sunday

The newest promotion involved Deputy Chief James Kirk who was sworn in by NFR Chief Rhodes, and the pinning of his new badge was done by his wife Marie. Recently Assistant Chief George Walker retired, and Assistant Chief Steve Buxton was sworn in to fill the position.
