Merrimack woman arrested for 10th time in seven years; charges mainly related to trespass, criminal mischief, breach of bail related charges

Sarah Vaskelionis, 38, of 22 Woodridge Road, Merrimack

MERRIMACK – Police early Thursday morning once again took 38-year-old Sarah Vaskelionis into custody, bringing to 10 the number of times she has been arrested on charges that mainly stem from allegations accusing her of breaking into a Woodridge Road home and trespassing on the property.

The new arrest adds three more criminal mischief and two more criminal trespass charges to Vaskelionis’s lengthy criminal record, which has been growing at least since 2013, according to police reports and archived news items.

As has been the case in the past, Vaskelionis, whose address police list as the 22 Woodridge Road residence, was taken to police headquarters and booked on the new charges, then later released on personal recognizance bail pending arraignment. Police said that proceeding is scheduled for Aug. 10 in Merrimack district court.

Officers responded to 22 Woodridge around 1:30 a.m. Thursday after police got a call reporting a woman at the house “who was not supposed to be there,” police said.

They located the woman, identified as Vaskelionis, on the back porch, and determined that she had been trespassed from the residence on June 23, meaning she was prohibited from being on the property.

Police said Vaskelionis allegedly damaged a porch window screen then pushed in a garage window to gain access to the residence.

They charged her with two counts of criminal mischief and one count of criminal trespass for that incident, then added one count each of criminal mischief and criminal trespass in connection with a similar incident that allegedly occurred June 30.

According to archived reports regarding Vaskelionis, she was arrested three times in the spring of 2013 on allegations of driving while intoxicated, assault of a family member, breach of bail and resisting arrest.

On June 25, 2017, police charged Vaskelionis with one count of criminal trespass, for allegedly showing up at a residence, presumably the Woodridge Road home, and refusing to leave, after she had been trespassed earlier that same evening.

On Aug. 3, 2018, police charged Vaskelionis with breach of bail, for allegedly showing up “highly intoxicated” at the residence, again with the no-contact order in place.

On Christmas Day 2018, Vaskelionis, who at the time listed an address of 22 Merrimack St. in Manchester, was arrested and charged with one count each of criminal trespass, criminal mischief, breach of bail and resisting arrest.

Police said a resident of 22 Woodridge reported “a family member trespassing” at the house. She allegedly got in by damaging a garage window, and when police found her in a bedroom, she allegedly resisted their attempts to take her into custody.

Then on Feb. 16, 2019, Vaskelionis, then of 64 Lowell Road in Hudson, was arrested and charged with one count each of criminal trespass, criminal mischief and breach of bail conditions.

This time, a caller told police “an unwanted person was attempting to gain entry” to the house through the garage.

Police said they found Vaskelionis inside, intoxicated, and took her into custody on the three charges.

On May 7, 2019, the same alleged scenario played out when police said Vaskelionis, who at the time had an address of 65 Mt. Washington St., Lowell, went to the Woodridge Road house intoxicated and tried to break in.

In early July 2019, Vaskelionis was arrested, this time on a warrant, for allegedly hiring a vehicle to take her to Woodridge Road, where she allegedly conducted criminal mischief and violated her bail conditions.

Charges of theft of services and receiving stolen property were added, accusing her of not paying for the ride after her card was declined.
