HUDSON – Police checking out a report late the night of June 20 that a drinking party allegedly involving “numerous minors” was taking place at a residence in the south end of town prompted officers to issue an arrest warrant for the homeowner.

Several days later, Nancy Harrington, of 19 Williams Drive, turned herself in to police, at which time she was charged with one count of facilitating an underage alcohol house party, a Class A misdemeanor offense, police said.

Harrington was booked and later released on personal recognizance bail pending arraignment, which is scheduled for July 31 in Nashua district court.

Police said the officers who answered the call, which came in around 10:30 p.m. June 20, “made contact with numerous minors” upon arriving at the Williams Drive residence.

The minors “admitted to consuming alcohol,” police said. The officers also spoke with the homeowner, whom they identified as Harrington, police added.

The party was broken up and “all minors were released to responsible parties,” police said.

The officers later issued the warrant, on which Harrington turned herself in on June 25, police said.
