NASHUA – The Nashua School District Food Service Department announced on Sunday that breakfasts and lunches continue to be available for families in need.

According to a district spokeswoman, if a Nashua School District familyís economic situation has changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they are encouraged to fill out a free/reduced price application as soon as possible. The district is currently accepting online applications only.

The application is available at paypams.com/OnlineApp.aspx.

If the household is eligible for free or reduced lunch now, the children will also be eligible, temporarily, for the first 30 school days of the 2020-21 academic year.

Parents should note that they will need to apply again this fall if they wish to have their child or children continue receiving free or reduced-price meals beyond the first 30 school days ñ if they continue to be eligible.

Schedules for breakfast and lunch curbside pickup, and neighborhood delivery, can be found at www.nashua.edu/Page/1187.

Any questions can be directed to Doreen Burgess, federal program coordinator for the school district, at burgessd@nashua.edu.
