Nashua man arrested for burglarizing downtown business
NASHUA – A local man has been charged with burglarizing a downtown Nashua business back in early March, police said.
Luis Moldonado-Arroyo, 40, of 6 Earley St., was picked up Tuesday by uniformed police officers and charged with one count of burglary, a Class B felony.
Police said the arrest stemmed from an investigation into a break-in at the unidentified business on March 8.
It was reported that a male had “entered the business without authorization while it was closed, and had (allegedly) committed a theft,” police said.
They said detectives who furthered the investigation “ultimately identified Maldonado-Arroyo as the suspect.”
Arroyo was booked on the charge and later released on personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled for arraignment on June 4 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Police ask that anyone with any additional information on the case call the department’s Crime Line at 603-589-1665.
