Gate City police ‘POP’ five on various drug charges

NASHUA – Thursday, members of the Nashua Police Department’s Problem Oriented Policing (POP) Unit arrested five residents on various and unrelated drug charges: Tracey Bernazzani, Katelyn Ferguson, Lindsey Miron, Leo Taylor and Casey Vigeant.

Bernazzani, 48, of 46 Kinsley St., was arrested and charged with three felony counts for allegedly selling cocaine. She was released on personal recognizance bail, with arraignment scheduled for Feb. 27 at Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Ferguson, 19, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested and charged with two felony counts for allegedly selling heroin. She refused bail, pending arraignment.

Miron, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua, arrested and charged with the alleged felony sale of cocaine and for the alleged felony sale of heroin, with both being listed as second offenses. She was released on personal recognizance bail, with arraignment set for Feb. 27 at Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Taylor, 38, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested and charged with a second felony offense of allegedly selling cocaine. Taylor was released on personal recognizance bail, with arraignment scheduled for Feb. 27 at Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Vigeant, 36, of 7 Shedds Ave., was arrested and charged with a second felony offense of allegedly selling heroin. He was released on personal recognizance bail, with arraignment scheduled for Feb. 27 at Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
