Hudson man POP-ed on computer charges
NASHUA – Scott Graham, 39, of Hudson, faces felony charges of computer services prohibited and attempted sexual assault for allegedly trying to exploit children via the internet after his Tuesday arrest.
Earlier this month, members of the Nashua Police Department’s Problem Oriented Policing (POP) Unit began the investigation. After gathering and evaluating evidence, police arrested Graham.
A Class B felony is punishable by a term of imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Graham was released on $10,000 cash bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on Oct. 17.
