Merrimack man pleads guilty to drug trafficking
CONCORD – Joseph Francis Brodie Jr., 50, of Merrimack, pleaded guilty in federal court Tuesday to drug trafficking charges, U.S. Attorney Scott Murray said.
Brodie is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 15.
“Trafficking in fentanyl and heroin has caused great damage to the health and safety of people throughout New Hampshire,” Murray said. “The U.S. Attorney’s Office is working closely with all of our law enforcement partners to identify and prosecute those who are distributing these deadly drugs.”
This matter was investigated by the Nashua Police Department. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Joachim Barth.
