SALEM – Authorities charged Jeremy McNally, 37, of Concord, with negligent driving after the dump truck he was driving collided with a pickup truck, which then collided with the back of a school bus on Aug. 1 in the area of North Broadway.

There were 21 people who sustained non-life-threatening injuries from the crash, including 17 children and four adults. The bus was transporting 43 people at the time of the crash, who were associated with a private summer camp.

McNally is scheduled to appear in the 10th Circuit Court District Division Salem on Sept. 23.
