NASHUA – Martin De Los Santos, 43, of Concord, faces two felony charges after he allegedly solicited lewd images from someone he believed was a child under age 13.

The specific charges are:

• Certain Uses of Computer Services Prohibited, Class A Felony; and

• Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Class B Felony.

Nashua police arrested De Los Santos on Thursday. On Wednesday, officers began investigation him for the alleged acts. De Los Santos was arrested after traveling from his home and arriving in Nashua.

The alleged Class A offense is punishable by up to 20 years in State Prison, exclusive of fines, while the Class B offense is punishable by up to seven years in State Prison, exclusive of fines.

De Los Santos was held, pending arraignment.
