Nashuan suspected of intentional car crash
NASHUA – Antony Deleon Espinal, 21, of 28 Vine Street Apartment C, Nashua, faces a felony reckless conduct charge after he allegedly intentionally crashed a vehicle into another.
Officers on Thursday arrested Espinal on the felony charge, which stemmed from the alleged events of May 22.
At 7:28 p.m. May 22, officers responded to 160 Concord St. for multiple reports of two vehicles crashing into one another. After furthering the investigation, detectives came to believe Espinal intentionally drove his vehicle into the other.
This felony is punishable by up to seven years in prison, exclusive of fines. Espinal was released on $300 bail. His arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court-South is set for June 27.
