Mont Vernon man, 20, indicted on numerous felony sex-assault charges

MANCHESTER – A grand jury has handed up 14 felony indictments against Mont Vernon resident Noah Hodges, who is accused of engaging in various sexual acts with two underage girls in late 2016 and in January of this year.

Hodges, 20, is among several Greater Nashua residents indicted by the grand jury for the May term of Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

An indictment is not an indication, or proof of, guilt, but represents the grand jury’s determination that enough evidence exists for prosecutors to move the case forward in Superior Court.

Eleven of the indictments Hodges faces involve an alleged victim who was between the ages of 13-16 years old at the time of the alleged offenses. The indictment alleges these acts occurred between Dec. 19 and Christmas Day 2016 in Mont Vernon.

The three others accuse Hodges of committing the alleged offenses against the second girl, described as under age 13, on Jan. 9, also in Mont Vernon.

The charges on the 2016 allegations include four counts of felonious sexual assault and seven counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, all felonies.

The charges involving the second alleged victim include two counts of felonious sexual assault – victim under age 13, and one count of attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault – victim under age 13, all felonies.

Hodges also faces two misdemeanor “information” charges of simple assault, accusing him of inappropriately touching the second alleged victim.

Other Greater Nashua residents the Hillsborough North grand jury indicted this month include:

• Artie Johnson, 48, of 59 Factory St., Nashua – Two counts, possession of a controlled drug, felonies, for allegedly possessing methamphetamine and a mixture of fentanyl, heroin and valeryl fentanyl, on Jan. 22 in Manchester.

• Theresa Lavoie, 39, of 11 Willow Lane, Amherst – One count each, credit card fraud – amount in excess of $1,501, felony, and possession of a controlled drug, felony, for allegedly using a credit card without authorization to purchase items at a department store on Jan. 20, and possessing crack cocaine after having been convicted of a drug-related offense, on Nov. 5, both in Manchester.

• Cory Michaud, 28, of 464 Boston Post Road, Apt. 49, Amherst – One count, forgery of a government instrument, felony, for allegedly acting in concert with another person to utter a fraudulent check payable to his account, on June 6 in Amherst.

• Johnny Reyes, 23, of no fixed address, Nashua – One count, possession of a controlled drug – subsequent offense, felony, for allegedly possessing one gram or more of fentanyl on March 2 in Manchester, after having been convicted of a felony drug-related offense in April 2018.

• Michael D. Douville, 52, of 15 Monza Road, Nashua – One count, possession of a controlled drug – subsequent offense, felony, for allegedly possessing crack cocaine after one or more prior offenses, on Jan. 15 in Manchester.

• Nick Degirolamo, 39, of 5 Paul’s Way, Amherst – One count, intercept – not party to communication, felony, for allegedly intercepting oral communication of another person without consent by concealing his mobile phone, set to “record,” in the other person’s motor vehicle, with the purpose to intercept the person’s oral communications, on Feb. 20 in Amherst.
