NASHUA – The Nashua Board of Aldermen will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Aldermanic Chamber of City Hall, 229 Main St.

Assessors board meeting

NASHUA – The Nashua Board of Assessors will meet at 8:15 a.m. Thursday in Conference Room 208 at City Hall, 229 Main St.

Budget public hearing scheduled

NASHUA – The Nashua Board of Aldermen will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday in the auditorium at Nashua High School North, 8 Titan Way. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a public hearing regarding the planned fiscal year 2020 budget. Presently, Mayor Jim Donchess plans to add a grant writer, an energy manager, teachers, school psychologists and paraeducators.

The proposed plan is to spend $317 million next year, which would be an $11 million increase from the amount approved for use this year.
