New indictments in long-running case

BRENTWOOD – Indictments were returned this week in Rockingham County Superior Court against several Nashua area residents, including two Hudson men who each face multiple charges, one in connection with felonious sexual assault allegations and the other for alleged drug-related crimes.

In addition, Stephan Condodemetraky, the embattled former owner of classic car dealership Dusty Old Cars, was indicted on three additional charges stemming from a long list of theft, fraud and other allegations tied to the investigation into the business.

An indictment represents the Grand Jury’s determination that enough evidence exists for prosecutors to move the case forward in Superior Court.

As for Condodemetraky, the Rockingham County indictments allege two counts of theft by unauthorized taking and one count of theft by deception, all felonies.

The charges accuse him of withholding a portion of the money owed to two individuals pursuant to a consignment agreement, and allegedly refusing to provide information to a customer regarding the sale of the customer’s vehicle, all in late 2015 and early 2016 in Derry.

The Rockingham grand jury for November had handed up four indictments against Condodemetraky, on two counts each of fraud in sales and purchases of securities and tampering with witnesses and informants.

December’s three indictments bring to 38 the total number of indictments Condodemetraky is facing. Twenty of them are filed in Merrimack County Superior Court in Concord; seven in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in Nashua; and, including this month’s indictments, 11 are filed in Rockingham County.

His cases are currently proceeding in all three jurisdictions.

In other cases, Justin Fregeau, 35, of 21 Bonnie Heights Drive, Hudson, was indicted on seven felony counts accusing him of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl multiple times between June 1 and Aug. 5.

The charges include two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, special felonies; and five counts of felonious sexual assault, also felonies.

The indictments allege Fregeau, during the course of a roughly two-month time span, engaged in various types of sexual contact with the girl in the Rockingham County town of Sandown.

Meanwhile, five indictments were handed up against the other man from Hudson, Jon E. Michaud, 26, of 18 Roosevelt Ave., Apt. 2.

They include four counts of possession of a controlled drug and one count of falsifying physical evidence, all felonies. They accuse Michaud of possessing fentanyl and amphetamine on Feb. 15; possessing fentanyl and crack cocaine on March 6; and concealing bags of crack cocaine in his underwear with the purpose to impair a police investigation, also on March 6, all in Salem.

The grand jury also indicted Nashua resident Jonelle Brown, 39, of 87 Vine St., Apt. B, on one count of dispensing a controlled drug, clonazepam, a felony, and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, accusing her of dispensing the drug to a 13-year-old individual, all on Dec. 30, 2017 in Raymond.
