Grand jury hands up indictments

NASHUA – Drug offenses, alleged stabbings and sex crimes and accusations of a Molotov cocktail deployment are among the charges on which a grand jury for the November term of Hillsborough County Superior Court South has handed up indictments.

An indictment is not an indication, or proof of, guilt, but represents the Grand Jury’s determination that enough evidence exists for prosecutors to move the case forward in Superior Court.

Some of the individuals indicted, and the charges they are facing, follow.

 Thomas Abreu, 41, of 220 Millwright Drive, Nashua. Four counts, sale of a controlled drug – subsequent offense, and one count, possession of a controlled drug with the intent to distribute – subsequent offense, special felonies, for allegedly selling quantities of marijuana or hashish and possessing marijuana with the intent to sell, after being previously convicted of manufacturing controlled substances in 1995, on July 25 and 31; Aug. 8; and Sept. 6 and 7.

 Dana Avery, 55, of 40 Washington St., Apt. A, Rochester. Two counts, certain uses of computer services prohibited, Class B felonies, for allegedly utilizing computer services to attempt to solicit an individual he believed was a child under the age of 16 to commit sexual penetration, between July 11-21 in Nashua.

 Jesus Boria, 58, of 76 Lock St., Nashua. One count each, aggravated felonious sexual assault – victim under age 13; and attempted AFSA – victim under age 13, special felonies, for allegedly engaging in sexual acts, and attempting to engage in sexual acts, with a female under age 13, between Feb. 1 and March 31, 2017, in Nashua.

 Jarrett Budd, 28, of 49 Riverview Ave., Methuen, Mass. One count, receiving stolen property – two prior convictions, Class B felony, for allegedly receiving a Honda ATV believing it was probably stolen, after being convicted twice of theft, on Sept. 11 in Brookline.

 Jennifer Camirand, 46, of 504 Nashua St., Apt. 111, Milford. Two counts, aggravated driving while intoxicated – collision with serious bodily injury resulting, Class B felonies; one count, aggravated driving while intoxicated – blood alcohol concentration of .16 or more, Class A misdemeanor, for allegedly driving while intoxicated and causing a motor vehicle collision with resulted in seriously bodily injury to another person , on Sept. 26 in Milford.

 Karen Dowling, 32, of 22 Roosevelt Ave., Apt. 8, Hudson. One count each, use of Molotov cocktail, and reckless conduct, Class B felonies, for allegedly possessing a bottle containing a flammable liquid with a wick or similar device, which will cause a fire or explosion when ignited and thrown, and igniting a Molotov cocktail and placing it under a person’s vehicle, on Sept. 12 in Nashua.

 Stanley Fortier, 68, of 22 Mason St., Floor 2, Nashua. Seven counts, possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute – subsequent offense, unclassified felonies, for allegedly possessing buprenorphine, gabapentin, marijuana, oxycodone, clonazepam and amphetamine, with intent to distribute, after having been convicted of a felony drug offense in 2005, on Sept. 7, in Nashua.

 Shaun Jerome, 40, no fixed address, Nashua. Two counts, second-degree assault – domestic violence; one count, criminal threatening – domestic violence, Class B felonies, for allegedly strangling another person and threatening the person with a chisel, on Sept. 16 in Nashua.

 Alicia Millett, 41, of 11 Cottage Ave., Apt. 2, Nashua. One count, reckless conduct – domestic violence, Class B felony, for allegedly stabbing an intimate partner in the chest with a steak knife, on Oct. 13 in Nashua.

 Jacob Murray, 23, of 10 Kinsley St., Apt. 7, Nashua. Two counts, second-degree assault – deadly weapon and bodily injury, Class B felonies, for allegedly slashing a person’s neck and abdomen with a knife, causing lacerations, on Sept. 23 in Nashua.

 Iraj Parsa, 24, of 3 Mayfair Lane, Nashua. One count each, second-degree assault, and reckless conduct – deadly weapon, Class B felonies, for allegedly striking another person in the head with a loaded firearm, causing the firearm to discharge in a public place and causing a head wound to the person, on Oct. 7 in Milford.

 Russell Shalek, 30, of 125B Palm St., Nashua. Eight counts, indecent exposure/lewdness, Class B felonies, for allegedly exposing his genitals and masturbating while a child under age 16 was present, between January and April 2017 in Nashua.

 Hailey Urquhart, 19, of 60 Whitney St., Apt. 2, Nashua. Two counts, criminal threatening – deadly weapon; one count, reckless conduct – deadly weapon, for allegedly pointing what appeared to be a real handgun at two other people during an argument, and driving her vehicle at another person following an argument, on Aug. 29 in Nashua.
